By accessing HelloDeskHub, you agree to these Terms.

HelloDeskHub offers:

  • Lead capture through forms, funnels, and landing pages

  • Automated workflows for follow-ups, reminders, and task management

  • Appointment scheduling and calendar management

  • Sales pipelines and opportunity tracking

  • Email and text-based communication tools

  • Reporting and activity tracking within the platform

  • Centralized dashboard to manage business operations in one place

Certain features such as whatsapp messaging, conversation AI, or additional automation may be offered as optional add-ons or future services and are not guaranteed unless explicitly included in your plan.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Use services for lawful purposes

  • Not abuse, misuse, or exploit the AI systems

  • Keep your login details secure

  • Ensure your customers know their calls may be handled by AI

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Payments & Billing

By subscribing to our service, you agree:

  • Monthly fees are billed automatically

  • Failed payments may suspend service

  • Payment details remain securely stored with our provider

  • Prices may change with notice

Billing, Usage & Charges

All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failed or declined payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of service until payment is resolved.

Some services may include usage-based charges (such as email, messaging, or third-party communication services). Usage costs may vary based on volume, destination, provider rates, and international fees. These charges are passed through from third-party providers and are outside of HelloDeskHub’s direct control.

Clients are responsible for monitoring their usage. Additional charges may apply if usage exceeds plan limits or estimated allowances. Pricing and features are subject to change with reasonable notice..

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use HelloDeskHub to:

  • Commit fraud

  • Harass or abuse callers

  • Violate privacy laws

  • Engage in illegal or harmful activities

We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates these rules.

5. Automation & System Limitations

HelloDeskHub provides workflow automation and communication tools designed to improve efficiency; however:

Automated actions are executed based on rules, triggers, and configurations set by the client

System performance depends on the accuracy of data, settings, and instructions provided by the client

Automation may require periodic review, adjustments, or manual oversight

Delays, interruptions, or unexpected behavior may occur due to system updates, third-party integrations, or external service providers

You acknowledge that automation tools do not guarantee specific business outcomes, lead conversions, response times, or revenue results. HelloDeskHub is not responsible for losses arising from misconfiguration, improper use, or reliance on automated processes without adequate oversight.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, software, scripts, layouts, and content belong to HelloDeskHub.
You may not copy, resell, or repurpose our materials.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • Payments fail repeatedly

  • Terms are violated

  • Illegal activity is detected

You may cancel anytime.

8. Liability Disclaimer

HelloDeskHub is NOT liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Business losses

  • Missed leads

  • Service interruptions

  • Third-party system failures (e.g., GHL, Twilio)

  • No guarantee of increased revenue, bookings, or customer conversion

  • No guarantee of uninterrupted service

Use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
By continuing to use our services, you accept the updated Terms.

10.. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
